Significant program services not listed on prior year return Part III line 2

We purchased 1.8 acres of property to build an affordable housing village that is permanently affordable and climate-adaptive, with 27 cottages, native and edible landscaping, community gardens, playground and common house in Burien, WA with financing provided by our successful application to the Land Acquisition Program of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The Burien Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that ecoTHRIVEs Co-operative Village proposal be accepted into Buriens Affordable Housing Demonstration Program (AHDP). We applied for and received funding from BECU Foundations Green Equity Fund, The Norcliffe Foundation, and generous individuals. We completed the first round of drawings of our site, buildings, and amenities and applied for our land use permit. We received press coverage from influential organizations such as KUOW, Real Change, the Urbanist, and the B-Town Blog.

The Burien Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that ecoTHRIVEs Co-operative Village proposal be accepted into Buriens Affordable Housing Demonstration Program (AHDP). We applied for and received funding from BECU Foundations Green Equity Fund, The Norcliffe Foundation, and generous individuals. We completed the first round of drawings of our site, buildings, and amenities and applied for our land use permit. We received press coverage from influential organizations such as KUOW, Real Change, the Urbanist, and the B-Town Blog.
