“Part III, Primary Exempt Purpose: We knock down the barriers of stress, bias and emotional reactivity with powerful, practical and proven brain-based learning strategies so that all students can learn. Part III, Line 28 Program Accomplishments: Summer Institutes: In these 3-5 day immersive courses, a framework and foundation in evidence-based Neuroscience is taught that empowers educators. Participants gain insight into the science behind how children learn and are given practical and proven skills to identify and re-engage students. ~450 participants attended NE Institutes in 2020. Karey Richardson, Principal - Stahl Junior High Part III, Line 29 Program Accomplishments: Individual School Programs: Partnering with individual schools and school districts, Neural Education provides professional development courses and institutes with the goal of bringing accessible neuroscience research, practices and tools to schools and classrooms everywhere! In 2020 twelve schools or districts and received development and three conferences. Part III, Line 30 Program Accomplishments: Professional Learning Community: Each month Neural Education explores a relevant and timely topic through presentations by Certified Neural Educators including discussion groups and curated flipped-classroom resources. These powerful monthly meetings greenhouse educators, giving them a community of like-minded and supportive educators to enhance their teaching and impacting their students in a positive way.”
