The level of compensation was determined with reference to compensation paid to similar contractors for similar services provided, salary surveys, and similar comparability data. The deliberation and determination of the operation manager's compensation is contemporaneously documented in board minutes and the approved budget.

The mission of healthcare data and analytics association is to facilitate greater use of analytical information systems that help lower healthcare costs, improve the quality of health care and improve patient satisfaction and safety. Healthcare data and analytics also strives to advance the state of healthcare data warehousing and analytics.

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4B

-hdaa insights program conceived by professor david ding of rutgers school of business. The intent was to inform students about careers in healthcare analytics. Six session over 12 weeks, containing events of "a day in the life, how do we use analytics, how do i get hired, challenges and rewards, how do we use analytics and industry trends. There were 22 volunteer panelists and 381 attendees. The net presenter score for this event was 0.984, a very substantive rating. -other programs: the data literacy sig formed an advisory group and content on data literacy. The data engineering sig also formed an advisory group and is considering the development and an analytics survey. The epic sig returned. Hdaa leadership evaluated collaboration with like-minded non- profits. We provided members to be featured for an ahima article on a "day in the life". Health data management executives also joined us for a broadcast discussion on the oracle/cerner acquisition. Additional sigs, women in analytics and data literacy held quarterly sessions for all members.
