The organization employs deb roepke through vernado planning, llc to fulfill the duties of executive director. Deb roepke received form w2 wages from vernado planning, llc of 72,800 for the calendar year 2017.

Senior management of the organization is responsible for the timely preparation of the form 990. 1 the completed form 990 will be provided to the committee responsible for finances sufficiently in advance of the filing deadline to enable a detailed and conscientious review by all members of the committee. All questions, concerns, etc. Of the board members will be addressed by the treasurer or cpa and incorporated into the form 990 as appropriate. 2 after all members of the board and the relevant committees have been appropriately addressed, senior management of the organization will approve the filing of the final form 990 as required.

At each board and committee meeting, if there is a discussion of selecting or engaging a vendor or service provider, all in attendance are asked to recuse themselves from this discussion if there could be a perceived conflict. Annually in october, the organization reviews and discusses the conflict of interest policy and requests that each board member list and acknowledge any known conflicts.
