Mission

Promote and maintain a high standard of integrity and efficiency in the conduct of the restaurant business throughout the state of texas, and specifically in beaumont and the surrounding areas; foster and promote a feeling of goodwill and fraternal spirit amoung its members and to advance on broad and equitable lines the welfare and progress of the restaurant industry; maintain its chosen vocation amoung respected industries; oppose methods and practices inimical to the right conduct of the restaurant business; further promote harmonious relationships with allied industries; promote and assist in the enactment and inforcement of local, state and federal pure food and sanitation laws, and to otherwise promote and encourage better sanitation in the industry; desseminate useful information and inspire members to further educate themselves in the practical features of their business; encourage the participation of the association and its members in the community, state and civic activities
