Upon nomination and election, board members sign a board commitment form that assures compliance with the conflict of interest policy and the tchc bylaws. Board members are required to list agencies and interests that may conflict directly or indirectly with financial and funding decisions of the agency.

The executive committee recommends compensation for the Executive Director based on performance results, comparable data, and financial capacity of the organization. The performance review is completed by the Executive Committee and submitted with compensation recommendation to the full board for approval which is documented in the board minutes.

in 2024 Partnership Home completed a pay equity exercise to ensure all employees, including Directors and executive staff were paid fairly. We established a pay scale for each position, bands within the position, and specific ways employees can increase pay.

Yes, we were subcontracted through a City of Fort Worth grant to operate a master lease program through landlord engagement for the High ImpACT Pilot Program. Partnership Home holds 40 leases at local apartment units in the organizations name and has occupants on the lease who live there.

Financial Statement Notes

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

TCHC is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). However, income generated from activities unrelated to TCHCs exempt purposes is subject to tax under IRC Section 511. TCHC had no unrelated business income for the year ended December 31, 2024. Accordingly, no provision has been made for federal income tax. GAAP requires the evaluation of tax positions taken in the course of preparing TCHCs tax returns and recognition of a tax liability (or asset) if TCHC has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by TCHC, and has concluded that as of December 31, 2024, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements.

HMIS is a web-based client and services database for 180 homeless housing and services programs which include over $50M in federal, state, and local funding annually. HMIS is used for data collection, grants management, data analysis, program monitoring and performance reporting to funders and the community. The HMIS enhances coordination of care by and between housing, supportive services, mental health, behavioral health, health care, and first responders.
