Financial Statement Notes

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

The association adopted the provisions of fasb topic 740-10-25, income taxes - overall - recognition, which requires recognition and disclosure of uncertain tax positions in the financial statements and footnotes. The management of the association believes it has no material uncertain tax positions and accordingly, it will not recognize any liability for unrecognized tax benefits. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the association and has concluded that as of december 31,2022, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition as a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements.
