There was no net unrelated business taxable income; therefore, no provision for income tax is reflected in the financial statements. THE ORGANIZATION HAS ANALYZED TAX POSITIONS TAKEN AND HAS CONCLUDED THAT, AS OF AND FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2020, THERE ARE NO UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS TAKEN OR EXPECTED TO BE TAKEN THAT WOULD REQUIRE RECOGNITION OF A LIABILITY OR DISCLOSURE IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION HAD NO INTEREST OR PENALTIES RELATED TO INCOME TAXES FOR THE YEAR ENDED SUBJECT TO EXAMINATION BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS OF FILING.
