The Agency provides a wide range of services, primarily to children. These services include clubs, summer youth programs, programs to prevent behavioral problems, after-school care, career education, camping programs, character development programs, and self-reliance programs.

Selected members of the Board of Directors review a draft of the 990 and comment on any questions or issues that they may see. Typically, the Chief Business Officer will then present a report to the full Board of Directors at the next scheduled meeting.

The Board will periodically perform a market survey to determine comparable salaries for the CEO position. They will also establish a list of performance indicators for the coming year that will determine the raise or bonus for that year. The CEO sets other management postion packages.
