Accordingly, no provision for federal and state income taxes has been recorded in the accompanying financial statements. Management has assessed BBB's tax position and believes that when using a "more likely than not" threshold as prescribed by FASB ASC 740-10, there is no need to recognize any income tax liability or benefit. Also, management believes BBB is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years ended December 31, 2019 and prior.”
