All parties are urged to contact the chief operations officer for additional information and questions related to potential conflicts of interest.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 15A

The organization has a salary administration plan in place to serve as the foundation for ensuring consistent application of compensation decisions and to help avoid employee disputes. Employee salaries are set at the midpoint of the base salary scale for similar positions in the ministry agency market place as determined through survey data (cma compensation survey report for christian ministries) collected and compiled by the christian managment association/best christian workplaces institute. The board of directors human resource committee oversees the overall compliance with the rules and regulations of the salary administration plan while management is responsible for day to day issues concerning employees in a manner consistent with the salary administration plan.
