Each director and officer is required to review a copy of the conflict of interest policy, which requires each person to disclose any relationships, positions or circumstances in which he or she believes could contribute to a conflict. The Foundation also awards individual grants to highly ranked tennis players who wish to participate in the USTA Mid-Atlantic sectional competition or National/Super-National events in the United States or abroad, as well as organizational grants to assist Community Tennis Associations and other organizations to promote tennis and education. The Foundation has also established the Mid-Atlantic Tennis Hall of Fame to recognize outstanding individuals that have participated, contributed, or supported tennis and education in a significant way in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The Foundation's Board of Directors is responsible for the oversight of the audit. Selection of the independent accountant is made by the USTA Mid-Atlantic Section Board of Directors and approved by the Foundation Board.

The Foundation has also established the Mid-Atlantic Tennis Hall of Fame to recognize outstanding individuals that have participated, contributed, or supported tennis and education in a significant way in the Mid-Atlantic region.
