Croplife america realizes its vision by advocating for and promoting the responsible use of innovative, safe and environmentally sound crop protection technologies that protect public health and are essential to the global production of safe, affordable and sustainable food, fiber and renewable energy.

To foster the interests of the general public and the association's member companies by promoting innovation and the environmentally sound use of crop protection products for the economical production of safe, high quality, abundant food, fiber, and other crops.

Croplife receives funds from outside agencies to be distributed to third party recipients as directed by the outside agencies. The task force liabilities represent the remaining funds to be disbursed.

PART X, LINE 2:

Croplife performed an evaluation of uncertainty in income taxes for the years ended december 31, 2018 and 2017, and determined that there are no matters that would require recognition in the consolidated financial statements or that may have any effect on its tax-exempt status.
