Mission

Community housing, inc. (chi) is a supporting organization to community preservation and development corporation (cpdc), a 501 (c)(3) organization formed to promote and preserve decent, safe and affordable housing for low income individuals and families. As a supporting organization, chi provides technical assistance to cpdc and other related entities in the development and asset management of low income housing.
