The compensation data for key employees is provided to the president and ceo who within budget guidelines approved by the board of trustees and consultatoin wiith respective superviisors determines the annual salary ranges for key employees.”

THIS INITIATIVE IS FOCUSED ON IMPLEMENTING AND EVALUATING ELEVEN EVIDENCE-INFORMED INTERVENTIONS IN FOUR FOCUS AREAS: IMPROVING HIV HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR MSM OF COLOR, IMPROVING HIV HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR TRANSGENDER WOMEN, IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING TRAUMA FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV AND INTEGRATING BEHAVIOR HEALTH IN HIV CARE. AIDS UNITED IS CHARGED WITH THE SELECTION, FUNDING AND MONITORING OF THE 26 FUNDED SUBRECIPIENTS, PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.

AIDS UNITED IS CHARGED WITH SELECTING, FUNDING AND PROVIDING TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO TWELVE PERFORMANCE SITES AROUND THE COUNTRY. THE END GOAL OF THE INITIATIVE IS TO PRODUCE FOUR EVIDENCE-INFORMED CARE AND TREATMENT INTERVENTIONS (CATIS) THAT ARE REPLICABLE; COST EFFECTIVE; CAPABLE OF PRODUCING OPTIMAL HIV CARE CONTINUUM OUTCOMES; AND EASILY ADAPTABLE TO THE CHANGING HEALTH CARE ENVIRONMENT.
