“The primary program of calyx, inc. Is the production of calyx journal a journal dedicated to publishing the finest art and literature by women. Calyx journal receives submissions from approximately 700 individuals, has 752 subscribers, and is distributed to bookstores nationwide. In addition to production of calyx journal, calyx is currently working on a multi year assessment of program activities through demographic surveys, social media, and the development of an online community. In addition to the above, calyx is currently working to reinvigorate our brand and organization to better adapt to a rapidly changing publishing world. We are particularly focused on archiving our history and streamlining operations.”
