By leveraging these voids, we address the lack of affordable creative workspaces and regular community activation. Local Color is an uncluttered, adaptive incubator for creatives and our community to collect people, spaces, things and ideas. This nimble concept maximizes the utilization of shuttered properties in between development cycles while simultaneously establishing a true third space.
