THE LOWLANDER CENTER IS UNDERTAKING AN EFFORT FOCUSED UPON SMALL/MIDDLE SIZED BUSINESSES WHO ARE FREQUENTLY NOT AT THE FOREFRONT OF CONSIDERATION WHEN COMMUNITY RESILIENCE IS CONSIDERED.
