The organization's mission is to improve the social, emotional, and physical health of individuals and communities in need by providing education,training, and research. The organization also provides technical assistance with systems of care, quality improvement and assurance practices as well as program evaluations. The organization will partner with organizations to develop, implement, and evaluate human and health services and curriculum.
