Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Livingston property development, nfp ("lpd") provides low-income housing to the poor and economically distressed. Housing may either be provided in the form of rental facilities to individuals and families or as home ownership opportunities ("units"). In each lpd housing project, the organization will adhere to the requirements of qualifying as a "low-income housing project" as defined by 26 u.s.c. 42 (low income housing credit), or the applicable proportion of the irs code as amended, and all limits compiled and published by the department of housing and urban development ("hud"). Further, the lpd shall administer its program in conformity to the low income housing guidelines safe harbor established under irs rev. Procedure 96-32
