Dmax foundation's flagship programming continues to be our dmax clubs. Clubs are trusting spaces for students to get together and talk about how they are doing, how their friends are doing, and how they can help each other. They not only equip students to weather the ordinary challenges of college life, but also teach them valuable life skills to enable them to have deep, meaningful conversations throughout their lives - in their workplaces, their families, and their communities. Throughout 2022 we established dmax clubs at the ohio st. University, cheyney university, and the university of delaware, all while revitalizing the club at penn state brandywine. This brings our network to eleven clubs across five states - clubs that, total, serve over 200 students throughout the year. We are continuing to work with interested students at five new schools, as well as approaching other schools that we believe would benefit from the environments we provide. Club members surveyed in 2022 reveal the positive impact of our programming. 74% reported dmax clubs improved their feeling about themselves; 78% reported dmax clubs improved their feeling abut their relationships with others; 82% reported dmax clubs improved their feelings about being at school; and, 74% reported dmax club meetings, topics or activities as good or excellent (nearly three out of four students) this last year, our annual educational event was titled "student mental health crisis: learn, prevail, survive." keynote speakers included two prominent counseling center directors. A total of 89 students and foundation supporters attended this virtual symposium, learning more about just how students are coping with the constantly increasing challenges to their mental health. We have also continued our digital series, "dmax students speak". Many people new to dmax say that a dds event was the "aha" moment when they connected the dots and really got what dmax was all about. The goal is to empower college students to share their mental health journeys with a virtual audience, who in doing so, empower others to do the same. Our last episode from october 2022 was titled "knitting the threads together,- and had over 40 attendees who actively engaged with our speakers.

THROUGHOUT 2022 WE ESTABLISHED DMAX CLUBS AT THE OHIO ST. UNIVERSITY, CHEYNEY UNIVERSITY, AND THE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE, ALL WHILE REVITALIZING THE CLUB AT PENN STATE BRANDYWINE. THIS BRINGS OUR NETWORK TO ELEVEN CLUBS ACROSS FIVE STATES - CLUBS THAT, TOTAL, SERVE OVER 200 STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. CLUBS ARE TRUSTING SPACES FOR STUDENTS TO GET TOGETHER AND TALK ABOUT HOW THEY ARE DOING, HOW THEIR FRIENDS ARE DOING, AND HOW THEY CAN HELP EACH OTHER. THEY NOT ONLY EQUIP STUDENTS TO WEATHER THE ORDINARY CHALLENGES OF COLLEGE LIFE, BUT ALSO TEACH THEM VALUABLE LIFE SKILLS TO ENABLE THEM TO HAVE DEEP, MEANINGFUL CONVERSATIONS THROUGHOUT THEIR LIVES - IN THEIR WORKPLACES, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THEIR COMMUNITIES. THROUGHOUT 2022 WE ESTABLISHED DMAX CLUBS AT THE OHIO ST. UNIVERSITY, CHEYNEY UNIVERSITY, AND THE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE, ALL WHILE REVITALIZING THE CLUB AT PENN STATE BRANDYWINE. THIS BRINGS OUR NETWORK TO ELEVEN CLUBS ACROSS FIVE STATES - CLUBS THAT, TOTAL, SERVE OVER 200 STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. WE ARE CONTINUING TO WORK WITH INTERESTED STUDENTS AT FIVE NEW SCHOOLS, AS WELL AS APPROACHING OTHER SCHOOLS THAT WE BELIEVE WOULD BENEFIT FROM THE ENVIRONMENTS WE PROVIDE. CLUB MEMBERS SURVEYED IN 2022 REVEAL THE POSITIVE IMPACT OF OUR PROGRAMMING. 74% REPORTED DMAX CLUBS IMPROVED THEIR FEELING ABOUT THEMSELVES; 78% REPORTED DMAX CLUBS IMPROVED THEIR FEELING ABUT THEIR RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS; 82% REPORTED DMAX CLUBS IMPROVED THEIR FEELINGS ABOUT BEING AT SCHOOL; AND, 74% REPORTED DMAX CLUB MEETINGS, TOPICS OR ACTIVITIES AS GOOD OR EXCELLENT (NEARLY THREE OUT OF FOUR STUDENTS) THIS LAST YEAR, OUR ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL EVENT WAS TITLED "STUDENT MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS: LEARN, PREVAIL, SURVIVE." KEYNOTE SPEAKERS INCLUDED TWO PROMINENT COUNSELING CENTER DIRECTORS. A TOTAL OF 89 STUDENTS AND FOUNDATION SUPPORTERS ATTENDED THIS VIRTUAL SYMPOSIUM, LEARNING MORE ABOUT JUST HOW STUDENTS ARE COPING WITH THE CONSTANTLY INCREASING CHALLENGES TO THEIR MENTAL HEALTH. WE HAVE ALSO CONTINUED OUR DIGITAL SERIES, "DMAX STUDENTS SPEAK". MANY PEOPLE NEW TO DMAX SAY THAT A DDS EVENT WAS THE "AHA" MOMENT WHEN THEY CONNECTED THE DOTS AND REALLY GOT WHAT DMAX WAS ALL ABOUT. THE GOAL IS TO EMPOWER COLLEGE STUDENTS TO SHARE THEIR MENTAL HEALTH JOURNEYS WITH A VIRTUAL AUDIENCE, WHO IN DOING SO, EMPOWER OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. OUR LAST EPISODE FROM OCTOBER 2022 WAS TITLED "KNITTING THE THREADS TOGETHER,- AND HAD OVER 40 ATTENDEES WHO ACTIVELY ENGAGED WITH OUR SPEAKERS.
