This program addresses essential skills such as punctuality, social etiquette, relationship management, and transportation navigation, preparing clients for future employment. 3 Work Adjustment Evaluation Training WAT In this hands-on program, clients gain work experience in a supportive environment, working one-on-one with a job coach or in small groups. This exposure helps clients acclimate to daily work routines and expectations without the pressure of formal employment. 4 Vocational Adjustment Training VAT We offer educational classes with a low instructor-to-client ratio, covering topics such as soft skills, job search preparation, disability disclosure, financial literacy, and public transportation training.

Our job retention specialists offer guidance on workplace challenges, budgeting, insurance, and career advancement.

Continued from Day Habilitation - ClubHouse 3 Vocational Opportunities The Clubhouse includes opportunities for job readiness training, where members can participate in activities that simulate workplace environments. This hands-on experience is crucial in developing the skills needed for future employment. 4 Health and Wellness Promoting overall well-being is a priority at the Clubhouse. Members have access to physical fitness programs, nutrition workshops, and mindfulness sessions that encourage healthy lifestyle choices. 5 Community Engagement We actively engage with the local community through outreach programs, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships with local businesses. This involvement fosters a sense of belonging and helps raise awareness about the capabilities of individuals with disabilities. 6 Supportive Environment Our dedicated staff and volunteers are trained to provide individualized support tailored to each members unique needs. We emphasize a person-centered approach, ensuring that every individual feels valued and respected. The Clubhouse operates year-round, providing consistent support and programming that adapts to the evolving needs of our members. Through these efforts, the Bridges Training Foundation Clubhouse not only enhances the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities but also contributes to building a more inclusive and understanding community. Through vocational development, job placement services, advocacy groups, and inclusive social activities, we strive to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities by focusing on fostering inclusive environments, promoting social connections, and ensuring that every individual has access to the resources they need to thrive. Since our inception in 2012, Bridges Training Foundation has made significant strides in supporting individuals with disabilities. We are immensely proud to have empowered 1,955 individuals and counting, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to thrive in their communities. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the more than 7,461 hours of Autism support we have provided, as well as over 179,712 hours dedicated to Social, Life Skills, and Curriculum-Based Advocacy Services. Additionally, we have delivered over 18,000 hours of job and vocational support services, leading to 720 successful job placements.

Since our inception in 2012, Bridges Training Foundation has made significant strides in supporting individuals with disabilities. We are immensely proud to have empowered 1,955 individuals and counting, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to thrive in their communities. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the more than 7,461 hours of Autism support we have provided, as well as over 179,712 hours dedicated to Social, Life Skills, and Curriculum-Based Advocacy Services. Additionally, we have delivered over 18,000 hours of job and vocational support services, leading to 720 successful job placements.
