“A copy of the form 990 is provided to each member of the board for review and comments by either regular mail or by e-mail prior to filing of the return if such review can be completed before the filing deadline. Should the filing deadline prohibit a review prior to filing, such review will be completed as soon thereafter as possible.”

“Pursuant to the conflict of interest policy, board members will be given the opportunity each year to review any large transactions not already reviewed at board meetings before such transaction if feasible, or as soon as practicable after the transaction if not feasible. Each board of director also signs an acknowledgment of the conflict of interest policy annually.”

As such, the Association is the only member of the Foundation.”
