“Fallon total care, inc. (ftc)'s mission. This program ceased in 2016 and currently has no members. The organization is currently inactive. The board members are employees of the parent company. In prior years, ftc's mission was to make a positive difference by improving the health and wellness of the communities it serves through the coordination and delivery of high quality, economical health care services to individuals between the ages of 21 and 64 who were eligible for both medicare and medicaid. Ftc's program activities consisted of prepaid health care in the commonwealth of massachusetts. Members paid no premiums, co-payments, or co-insurance while participating in the plan. All premiums were paid by state and federal agencies to cover traditional medicaid and medicare services. In addition to these services, ftc provided comprehensive care management, dedicated navigators, expanded dental and long term service and support benefits.”
