CORE FORM, PART VI, SECTION A; QUESTION 7

THE ORGANIZATION'S BYLAWS PROVIDE THAT Nominations of candidates to be elected as Trustees shall be made by the Committee on Trustees. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF TRUSTEES HAS THE POWER TO establish AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO WHICH THE BOARD MAY DELEGATE CERTAIN POWERS.

FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B; QUESTION 11B

A COPY OF THE ORGANIZATION'S final FORM 990 WAS PROVIDED TO ALL VOTING MEMBERS OF ITS GOVERNING BODY, ITS BOARD OF TRUSTEES, FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO FILING WITH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE ("IRS"). THE ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF TRUSTEES HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO OVERSEE, REVIEW AND APPROVE OF THE FEDERAL FORM 990, INCLUDING THE PREPARATION, REVIEW AND FILING PROCESS. AS PART OF THE TAX RETURN PREPARATION PROCESS THE ORGANIZATION HIRED A PROFESSIONAL CPA FIRM WITH EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT TAX RETURN PREPARATION TO PREPARE THE FEDERAL FORM 990. THE CPA FIRM'S TAX PROFESSIONALS WORKED CLOSELY WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S HEAD OF SCHOOL AND ASSISTANT HEAD OF SCHOOL TO OBTAIN THE INFORMATION NEEDED IN ORDER TO PREPARE A COMPLETE AND ACCURATE TAX RETURN. THE CPA FIRM PREPARED A DRAFT FEDERAL FORM 990 AND FURNISHED IT TO THESE INDIVIDUALS FOR REVIEW. THESE INDIVIDUALS REVIEWED THE DRAFT FEDERAL FORM 990 AND DISCUSSED QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS WITH THE CPA FIRM. THE ORGANIZATION'S OUTSIDE ACCOUNTANT ALSO PERFORMED A DETAILED REVIEW OF THE DRAFT FORM 990 PRIOR TO FILING. REVISIONS WERE MADE TO THE DRAFT FEDERAL FORM 990 WHERE NECESSARY AND A FINAL DRAFT WAS FURNISHED BY THE CPA FIRM TO THESE INDIVIDUALS FOR FINAL REVIEW AND APPROVAL PRIOR TO PROVIDING A COPY TO ALL VOTING MEMBERS OF this organization's board of trustees AND FILING WITH THE IRS.

FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B; QUESTION 12

All board members and officers are required to annually complete a conflict of interest disclosure form that is reviewed by the board of trustees. When potential conflicts are identified, the board of trustees discusses the material facts and then determines if a conflict exists. If a conflict exists, the board of trustees then decides on the best course of action and any necessary mitigating behavior. In all situations, the relevant individual shall be removed from any decision making related to their potential conflict.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

THE ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF TRUSTEES MAINTAINS AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ("COMMITTEE"). THE COMMITTEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OF THE ORGANIZATIONS HEAD OF SCHOOL . THE COMMITTEE'S REVIEW IS DONE ON AT LEAST AN ANNUAL BASIS AND ENSURES THAT THE "TOTAL COMPENSATION" OF THE HEAD OF SCHOOL IS REASONABLE. THE ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE COMMITTEE ENABLE THE ORGANIZATION TO RECEIVE THE REBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION OF REASONABLENESS FOR PURPOSES OF INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 4958 WITH RESPECT TO THE TOTAL COMPENSATION OF THE HEAD OF SCHOOL. THE THREE FACTORS WHICH MUST BE SATISFIED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE REBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION OF REASONABLENESS ARE THE FOLLOWING: 1. THE COMPENSATION ARRANGEMENT IS APPROVED IN ADVANCE BY AN "AUTHORIZED BODY" OF THE APPLICABLE TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION WHICH IS COMPOSED ENTIRELY OF INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPENSATION ARRANGEMENT; 2. THE AUTHORIZED BODY OBTAINED AND RELIED UPON "APPROPRIATE DATA AS TO COMPARABILITY" PRIOR TO MAKING ITS DETERMINATION; AND 3. THE AUTHORIZED BODY "ADEQUATELY DOCUMENTED THE BASIS FOR ITS DETERMINATION" CONCURRENTLY WITH MAKING THAT DETERMINATION. THE COMMITTEE IS COMPRISED OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES EACH OF WHOM ARE INDEPENDENT AND ARE FREE FROM ANY CONFLICTS OF INTEREST. THE COMMITTEE RELIED UPON APPROPRIATE COMPARABLE DATA; SPECIFICALLY, THE COMMITTEE BASES ITS REVIEW ON AN OUTSIDE INDEPENDENT STUDY THAT INCLUDES OFFICER COMPENSATION AT OTHER SECONDARY INDEPENDENT-PREPARATORY ACADEMIES OF A SIMILAR NATURE. THIS STUDY IS PREPARED BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS ("NAIS"). THE COMMITTEE ADEQUATELY DOCUMENTED THE BASIS FOR ITS DETERMINATION THROUGH THE TIMELY PREPARATION OF WRITTEN MINUTES OF THE COMMITTEE MEETINGS DURING WHICH THE HEAD OF SCHOOLS COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS WAS REVIEWED AND SUBSEQUENTLY APPROVED. THE ACTIONS OUTLINED ABOVE WITH RESPECT TO THE COMMITTEE AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE REBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION OF REASONABLENESS APPLIES TO THE HEAD OF SCHOOL. THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OF THE ASSISTANT HEAD OF SCHOOL IS ALSO REVIEWED ON AT LEAST AN ANNUAL BASIS. THE ASSISTANT HEAD OF SCHOOL PREPARES A SELF-EVALUATION AND THEN MEETS WITH THE HEAD OF SCHOOL TO REVIEW THE EVALUATION. A DETERMINATION IS MADE, WITHIN THE ORGANIZATIONS BUDGET, AS TO THE PERCENTAGE INCREASE IN COMPENSATION FOR THE ASSISTANT HEAD OF SCHOOL. THIS REVIEW IS DONE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE NAIS STUDY AND IS DESIGNED TO ENSURE THAT REASONABLE AND FAIR MARKET VALUE COMPENSATION IS PAID BY THE ORGANIZATION TO THE ASSISTANT HEAD OF SCHOOL and other directors of the organization.

CORE FORM, PART III; STATEMENT OF PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS

MISSION ======= Trinity Hall is an innovative, independent all-girls college preparatory high school educating and empowering young women in the Catholic tradition. Trinity Halls core values of leadership, respect, perseverance, and faith are foundational to our mission and work as educators. In a technology-rich learning environment, a superior faculty and a challenging interdisciplinary curricular program fosters leadership, respect, perseverance, and faith. Unique and exciting co-curricular learning opportunities accommodate a diverse, yet collectively passionate, creative, and caring student body. These young women will be empowered to take risks, pursue personal passions, network globally, and grow as learners and as valued individuals. History ======= In 2010, a group of dedicated parents and supporters came together with a shared goal of establishing an independent all-girls high school in Monmouth County, an educational option considered long overdue. To confirm interest and feasibility, a professional educational consulting firm was hired to conduct a county-wide feasibility study which proved an overwhelming demand for a single-sex school to serve the young women of our region. Utilizing the working name Monmouth Girls Academy, the project gained much support and momentum demonstrated through the support of more than 2,100 families. In January 2012, the board of trustees proudly announced that an all-girls high school would be built, and it was named Trinity Hall in April 2012. By December 2012, the school had its leadership team, naming Mary Sciarrillo as founding head of school and James Palmieri as founding assistant head of school. With Mary at the helm, teachers and staff members were hired and a plan was designed for academic, arts, and athletic programming. Though independently governed, Trinity Halls mission purposely honors the values of Roman Catholicism, an objective valued by the schools founders from the start. As a result, the school assists in the spiritual, moral, and integral formation of every student while maintaining high standards of academic excellence. Moreover, Trinity Hall is a place designed especially for girls and the way they learn. OUR STORY ========= At Trinity Hall we have reached milestones with everything we have done from academics to athletics to the arts. We have set the standard for all the young ladies who will follow. But our most extraordinary milestone is our students and now two classes of graduates. Our second class of graduates have set, achieved and surpassed goals and continue to have aspirations for greater things in the future. We called them pioneers and leaders four years ago; now we call them alumnae. They join our first class in college and universities across the country. To date, our most challenging step of the building process was to find a permanent location. While we all may breathe a collective sigh of relief knowing we are in our permanent home, this spring work began on a two-story addition that will house two innovation spaces and 11 more classrooms. Our growing enrollment has outgrown our current building and we look forward to completion of this space in November. We take pride in the state-of-the-art school.

CORE FORM, PART III; STATEMENT OF PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Academic Program ================ Trinity Hall is committed to providing unprecedented opportunities for learning and leadership through an innovative curriculum taught by passionate and experienced faculty in a diverse environment that celebrates the Catholic tradition. Trinity Hall encourages students to think creatively and critically, solve problems and collaborate, communicate effectively, and lead. Through interdisciplinary studies, design thinking, and a problem-based math curriculum, students are academically well-rounded and thoroughly prepared for college. - We enrolled 201 for the 2017-2018 school year an increase of 72 for our fifth year of operation. - Students were served in an academic program of 165 days in an 8-day cycle day that includes an afternoon student support period each day, and time during the school day for clubs and student activities. - We are fully accredited by the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools and the Middle States Commission on Secondary Schools. - In May 2018, Trinity Hall administered 261 Advanced Placement tests in 20 subjects. As of July 2018, 15 students were named AP Scholars, six students were named AP Scholars with Honor, nine students were been named an AP Scholar with Distinction, and one student was named a National AP Scholar. This year, two students in the Class of 2018 were recognized as National Merit Commended Scholars. - For the third year, our Junior Class attended the Leading Ladies Luncheon and enjoyed the opportunity to meet with community female leaders and hear firsthand from the Captain of the U.S. Womens Hockey team who won the Olympics. - Trinity Hall is recognized as a leader in the academic community as a rigorous high school with strong programs in humanities and STEM. Our students work hard and achieve success, growing into the capable young women we envisioned in our first year. - We are excited by the 4-year colleges that have admitted our seniors, all of whom are accepted into a school. This impressive group of 41 young women was offered admission into 105 colleges and 32 different colleges and universities, with 95% of the class receiving over $7.8 million in merit-based scholarships. - The Senior Class interned at 36 locations during the month of May as they completed their Beyond the Hall project. - We celebrate the many successes of our students and often highlight those achievements on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. One senior was a recipient of the Garden State Scholastic Press Association Award and this same senior designed and led a solar power workshop for middle school girls. The workshop, held in our STEM labs, was both charitable in nature and educational for the participants, 36 girls from grammar schools in Monmouth County. - On January 31, we hosted a Studio Arts Workshop for 21 of our Class of 2022 applicants. The workshop was led by members of the Senior Class taking the Studio Arts course. - The Speech and Debate team earned two trophies at two separate tournaments. - Two juniors were selected for the Metro Scholars Program at Two River Theater. Two students were part of A Little Shakespeare: The Comedy of Errors at Two River Theater, premiering in March. Trinity Halls chorus was invited to sing at the Monmouth County Historical Society Christmas party. - A ninth grade student represented Trinity Hall at the regional Poetry Out Loud competition after winning our first-ever school contest. - In October, the Model United Nations of Trinity Hall hosted its inaugural Model United Nations Conference for Middle School Students. Over 60 girls in grades six through eight attended the student-run event. Using hypothetical but fun committee concepts the Security Council for Superheroes and the World Health Organization for the Zombie Apocalypse participants learned the vocabulary, protocol, and procedures of a true Model United Nations competition. The student-leaders were excited to "book" their keynote speaker, an alumna from the Cl

Student Government and Student Activities ========================================= 1. Student government identified increasing school spirit as a goal for this year. The "Royal Rumble" has helped to maintain and encourage student participation in activities within the community. 2. The student councils have successfully started the peer tutoring program, written an honor code, arranged fan days for the athletic teams, organized our first flag football tournament, held a pie contest, and hosted an Improv night, a trip to Broadway and many more activities and events that provided opportunities for students to demonstrate their Monarch pride! 3. Trinity Hall continues to provide opportunity for student and community development by providing more than 25 clubs and groups for our student body. They include Academic Bowl, Art Club, Book Club, Business-Entrepreneurship Club, Chess Club, Chorus, Dance Club, Digital Monarchs, French Club, Glee Club, Horticulture Club (Garden Gurus), Improv Club, Instrumental Group, Literary Magazine, Model United Nations, Political Science Club, Pre-Med Club, Robotics Club, The Royal Record (Yearbook), Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) Club, and The Trinity Hall Tribune (Newspaper). 4. Trinity Hall also has the following student organizations: Liturgical Ministry, Student Ambassadors, Student Annual Fund Committee, and Tech Team. 5. Each year, Trinity Halls Queens Court Company and the Crowning Crew produce a fall drama and a spring musical. This year the Company presented the drama Hiding in the Open in the fall and a spring musical production, Into the Woods, with over 55 students performing on stage and behind the stage. With no mandatory requirement for service hours, all students and faculty participated in a number of outreach programs to the community. - The Service Club joined with the Red Bank Crop Walk and several students completed the "Lug a Jug Brigade" to walk in solidarity with the millions of people worldwide that walk miles to obtain basic survival needs. - Twenty-five students served dinner to participants of Cardboard City to raise awareness for homelessness in New Jersey and stayed overnight in a cardboard box. - Members of the Campus Ministry Council led community outreach programs and planned opening prayers for community meetings and school events. - During the school-wide Service Day the entire student body and faculty took part in Service at fifteen different sites across Monmouth County. - Volunteers from the Trinity Hall and Christian Brothers Academy chapters of Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) gathered to prep the fundraising feast in support of our United States armed forces and the Dennis W. Zilinksi II Memorial Fund. - Students created fleece blankets, collected toiletries and donated childrens gifts for over 80 local families. - Many students and faculty volunteered with Holiday Express and donated food to the Barn for the Poorest of the Poor. Our valedictorian from the Class of 2019 sums Trinity Hall up best as she concluded her address: "What I want to conclude with today is not about the specifics of Trinity Hall or even of life because in the end the specifics and the words and the numbers really dont matter, but what does prevail is the feeling. And that feeling is our sisterhood, our bond, our perseverance, our faith in God. Because if there is one thing I can tell you not just about high school but about life, its once you find that feeling like I know I have found here, please never let it go."

Schedule D, Part X, Line 2

AN INDEPENDENT CPA FIRM AUDITED THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THIS ORGANIZATION (SCHOOL) FOR THE YEAR ENDED june 30, 2018. THE FIN 48 (ASC 740) FOOTNOTE BELOW IS FROM THE ORGANIZATION'S june 30, 2018 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS: THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE ("irs") HAS CLASSIFIED THE SCHOOL AS A tax-exempt corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code ("IRC"). However, income from certain activities that is not directly related to the School's tax-exempt purpose is subject to taxation as unrelated business income. The School had no unrelated business income for the year ended June 30, 2018. Accounting for Uncertain Tax Positions: Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America require management to evaluate tax positions taken by the School and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the School has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the IRS. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the School, and has concluded that as of June 30, 2018, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. The School is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. In addition, there have been no tax related interest or penalties for years presented in these financial statements. Should such penalties and interest be incurred, the Schools policy would be to recognize them as operating expenses.
