“There are two classes of regular members: 1) regulated natural gas utilities that serve customers in washington, oregon, idaho or the provinces of british columbia and alberta. 2) any business entity that owns and operates natural gas transmission pipelines in washingon, oregon, idaho, or the provinces of british columbia and alberta and are actively engaged in business as a united states federal energy regulatory commission (ferc) or a canadian national energy board (neb) regulated natural gas pipeline. There are also affiliated members: separate categories or classes of affiliated members, without the right to serve on the board of directors and without voting rights, may be established from time to time by the board of directors to meet the interests of those who wish to participate in the association on a selective basis. There are currently no affiliated members at december 31, 2018, nor were ther any during 2018.”

“Conflict of interest policy is in the organizational by-laws, distributed and acknowledged by new board members upon election and reviewed annually by the board of directors.”

“The executive director's salary and potential bonus are approved by the board of directors on an annual basis. Actual bonus is approved annually.”

“The organization's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are not required to be made available to the public, but the board of directors may make these documents available upon request.”
