Mission and Program Overview

Mission

To reduce the strategic importance of oil to the economy of the u.s.; to seek toeliminate the dependence of the u.s. On foreign oil; and to reduce oil pricesworldwide, through, in each case, education, research, community involvement andother activities conducted either alone or in cooperation with others and infurtherance of one or more of the said purposes, all of which must be consistentwith the requirements of section 501(c)(3) of the code, and (b) to makedistributions to organizations that share a common purpose and that qualify asexempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986,or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

Through research, state demonstration projects and community outreach, we aim to break the oil addiction within the us and reduce the cost of driving existing cars or trucks by opening the market to cheaper, cleaner, healthier american-made replacement fuels.

Two directors, eyal aronoff and yossie hollander, each own equity interests in a business entity that in the aggregate exceed 35% of the total equity in such entity. The business entity has and will have no business or other relationship to the foundation or its activities. The equity interest in this entity represents a de minimis amount of each such director's total assets.
