Profile

To reduce the strategic importance of oil to the economy of the u.s.; to seek to eliminate the dependence of the u.s. On foreign oil; and to reduce oil prices worldwide, through, in each case, education, research, community involvement and other activities conducted either alone or in cooperation with others and in furtherance of one or more of the said purposes, all of which must be consistent with the requirements of section 501(c)(3) of the code, and (b) to make distributions to organizations that share a common purpose and that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
