Mission

The mission of downtown parking management, inc. (dpmi) is to provide efficient, convenient and affordable parking options for downtown cedar rapids. Dpmi's vision is to enhance the downtown tenant and visitor experience and be a catalyst for economic development.

Downtown parking management, inc. ("dpmi") is organized exclusively for the charitable purposes of fostering, supporting and encouraging growth and development jobs and new business and industry, and the retention of existing jobs, business and industry, and combat community deterioration, in the greater downtown cedar rapids, iowa-area though the maintenance, use, supervision and improvement of public buildings, property and assets used for parking and related downtown activities.
