Musicopia's executive committee determines the compensation for these positions based on review of compensation from comparable organizations.”

“Through standards-based curriculum, the dcp in-school residency programs used ballroom dancing vocabulary to cultivate positive self- identity in every child. Dcp was a mandatory component of the 5th grade curriculum in participating schools. The program took place in classrooms during the regular school day, and both classroom teachers and all students participated, regardless of background, experience or ability. Dcp teaching artists instructed students in social dances such as the fox trot, rumba, swing, tango, waltz and merengue and selected sugar dances such as the heel-toe polka, the stomp, and the electric slide. The program was structured around 10-week semesters. Amounts do not include 2,000 in donated space and 3,740 in donated legal services.”
