Operation of mixed use building with two affordable residential units and office for the north dakota mental health association, a 501(c)(3) organization. Operation of commercial building which is used as a social club for the developmentally disabled. Operation of three commercial rental units in support of a 60-unit low income housing tax credit affordable housing project.
Activity 3
The organization is a general partner in renaissance partners lllp, church townhomes partners lllp, the graver lp and sisters path lp. It is also the sole owner of beyond shelter housing, llc, a 100% owned disregarded entity who is the co-general partner of serenity apartments lp. The organization also owns 100% of bluestem homes llc, bluestem townhomes llc, sunrise north llc, cooper house llc, crossroads llc, and preserve housing llc. Each of these entities serves as the general partner of its related limited partnership. The limited partnerships are bluestem homes lp, bluestem townhomes lp, sunrise north lp, cooper house lp, crossroads lllp, and preserve lp. All of the entities referenced provide low income housing and affordable housing in the fargo and west fargo areas.
