Financial Statement Notes

PART IV, LINE 2B:

Pursuant to certain loan and grant agreements, ahdi is to maintain separate tenant security deposit accounts on various properties. The accounts must be insured by the fdic and must maintain sufficient funds in the account to cover the security deposits collected from current tenants. As of december 31, 2022 and 2021, tenant security deposits totaled $36,375 and $24,497.

PART X, LINE 2:

Ahdi believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken affecting its annual filing requirements, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the consolidated financial statements. The entity would recoqnize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits and liabilities in income tax expense if such interest and penalties are incurred.
