Management duties have been contracted with donna zimmerman of monticello iowa. Zimmerman's compensation is based on a salary. Duties include accounting, accepting and approving tenant applications and other responsibilities included in an approved agreement with usda rural development.

The board of directors meet monthly and minutes of each meeting is maintained. There are no committees that report to the board.
