IRS990/Desc0FOR SEVERAL YEARS, OUTFRONT MINNESOTA WORKED WITH STATE AGENCIES AND ALLIED GROUPS TO MAKE MINNESOTA THE SECOND STATE TO ALLOW GENDER NEUTRAL DRIVER'S LICENSES. THIS POLICY WIN FOLLOWED OUR SUCCESS ON HAVING THE STATE PROVIDE GENDER NEUTRAL BRITH CERTIFICATES FOR NON-BINARY PEOPLE. NOW MINNESOTANS WHO ARE NON-BINARY CAN FINALLY BE SEEN AND RECOGNIZED FOR WHO THEY ARE BY NOTING THEIR GENDER WITH AN 'X' ON THEIR LICENSES AND BIRTH CERTIFICATES.WE LAUNCHED OUR CAMPAIGN TO END THE ABUSIVE PRACTICE OF CONVERSION THERAPY BY PASSING THE MENTAL HEALTH PROTECTIONS ACT. THROUGH OUR ORGANIZING WORK, WE HAVE A STATEWIDE COALITION OF SURVIVORS, HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS, ORGANIZATIONS AND MINNESOTANS WHO ARE WORKING TO BAN THIS HARMFUL, FRAUDULENT PRACTICE IN OUR STATE.WE LAUNCHED TWO NEW LEADERSHIP TEAMS, THE QUEER DEFENDERS AND THE TRANS TITANS, WHO LEAD OUR ACTIVISM ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES AND OUR WORK TO ADVANCE TRANS LIBERATION.
