“Any minnesota educational system, school district, educational institution, association of institutions, nonprofit organization, corporation or individual, which subscribes, and is committed to the purpose of the mmep, shall be eligible for membership. All members will be full members of mmep. Each full member shall have one vote on all issues at each annual meeting of the membership. An eligible organization or individual becomes a member of mmep upon being accepted as such by action of the board and payment of the required fees.”

“The board of directors shall consist of no more than 40 members elected by the membership of the organization at the annual membership meeting.”
