The chair of the board conducts the annual performance review of the president. An extensive survey is provided to the executive committee to gain feedback on performance in comparison to annual goals. Compensation adjustment is proposed to the executive committee based upon performance and is monitored in relationship to the budget and increases in relationship to other employees' compensation. Proposed compensation is considered and approved by the executive committee.

TEACHERS CHECKED OUT ITEMS FROM THE SCIENCE HOUSE LIBRARY OF STEM CURRICULAR MATERIALS INCLUDING MODELS, SPECIMENS, EQUIPMENT, LESSON PLANS, MANIPULATIVES, AND MEDIA. 3) A GRANT PROGRAM FOR MEMBER SCHOOLS. ON APRIL 29TH 2018, AT THIS YEAR'S MINNESOTA PRIVATE AND INDEPENDENT EDUCATION AWARDS EVENT, MISF AWARDED 33 SCHOOLS OVER $129,000 IN STEM GRANTS.
