The Auditor's bring it to thre selected meeting and go over it with the board. Furth questions are answered by the Treasurer and the Finance Committee Members. Once the board is satisfied it is ratified, signed by the Treasurer and Returned to the Auditor for Mailing.

At the Annual meeting the policy is read, each member is given a signatory sheet to notate any possible conflicts, signs it and the Secretary collects them and places them in the Binder.

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

The Organization is exempt from income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as other than a private foundation. Management has reviewed all tax positions recognized in previously filed tax returns and those expected to be taken in future tax returns. As of December 31, 2015, the Organization had no amounts related to unrecognized income tax benefits and no amounts related to accrued interest and penalties. The Organization does not anticipate any significant changes to unrecognized income tax benefits over the next year.

Lifted up as the positive pantry Central City Churches served over 17,000 people in 2015 through emergency food, the outreach ministry also provides a hot meal, computer, fax and phone usage, as well as referrals for jobs, clothing, furniture, transportation and housingCommunity Development Taskforce - is an action based branch of CCC, Inc. which serves a smaller area than our Outreach Ministry, but within it's boundaries. Its mission is to improve the neighborhood by making it safer, cleaner, and more attractive to homeowners, renters and businesses. In 2015 the tssk force held 32 individual and community actions.They also developed the 27th Street Business Assoc. and partnered with Neighborhood House on Unity Fest, a neighborhood celebration held annually at summer's end.
