ROUNDING -1.

FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 2C:

Management and the board of directors assumes responsibility for oversight of the audit of the association's financial statements and selection of an independent accountant. There was no change in the process during the tax year.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The association adopted accounting standards codification 740-10 as it relates to uncertain tax positions. Any interest and penalties recognized associated with a tax provision are classified as current in the association's financial statements. The association has evaluated its tax position taken for all open tax years. Federal, state and local tax returns generally remain open for examination by the various taxing authorities for a period of three or four years. The association is not currently under audit nor have they been contacted by any of these jurisdictions. Based on the evaluation of the association's tax positions, management believes all positions taken would be upheld under examination. Therefore, no provision for the effects of uncertain tax positions has been recorded for the years ended may 31, 2014 and 2013.
