“The Organization qualifies as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, no provision has been made for income taxes in the accompanying financial statements. As of May 31, 2023, the years 2020 through 2022 remain subject to examination by major taxing jurisdictions. The Organization has concluded that there are no significant uncertain tax positions requiring recognition in the financial statements.”
