Members Financial Management Center, Inc. is, however subject to federal and state income taxes. The Credit Union and Members Financial Management Center, Inc. file income tax returns in the U.S. federal and Indiana jurisdictions. With a few exceptions, they are no longer subject to U.S. federal income tax examinations by tax authorities for calendar years before 2013.”
