PART X, LINE 2:

The organization accounts for uncertainty in income taxes in accordance with the "income taxes" topic of the fasb asc. This interpretation prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The interpretation also provides guidance on de-recognition, classification, interest and penalties, accounting in interim periods, disclosure, and transition. Uncertain income tax positions are evaluated at least annually by management. The organization classifies interest and penalties related to income tax matters as salaries and administrative expense in the accompanying consolidated statements of activities. During the years ended december 31, 2023 and 2022, the organization incurred no amounts related to income tax penalties and interest. As of december 31, 2023 and 2022, the organization has identified no uncertain income tax positions.
