Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

The preparation of financial statements in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america requires the organization to report information regarding its exposure to various tax positions taken by the organization. The organization has determined whether any tax positions have met the recognition threshold and has measured the organization's exposure to those tax positions. If incurred, the organization records tax related penalties and interest as management and general costs in the accompanying statements of activities and functional expenses. However, the organization incurred no tax related penalties or interest in 2018 or 2017.
