Provides holistic, onsite support services; crisis and basic needs; youth, family and senior support/education; art education, health and wellness, and workforce services primarily to low-income individuals and families in the near east and near south neighborhoods of columbus.

Additional expenses of 252,823 come from the transit arts program, which is rooted in a history of engaging young artists, ages 12-21, and is deeply based in the elements of conscious hip-hop (writing, music, art, dance). Youth develop interests via a wide variety of creative expressions, with access to free arts experiences, including professional level workshops, performance/exhibition opportunities, entrepreneurial projects, paid apprenticeships, and high quality tools/supplies. Transit arts creates a powerful sense of extended family where young people engage with staff at their own pace, and find a support system to nurture talents they may not yet know they possess. In 2016, cch agreed to facilitate a temporary assistance for needy families (tanf) grant between the department of jobs and services and third-party service providers and subsequently submits a reimbursement request from the department of jobs and family services. Upon receipt of funds from the department of jobs and family services the funds are passed through to the third-party service providers. Expenses of 234,756 are included in pt.iii 4d
