Released deep drilling, deep pockets, a major report detailing political spending by the natural gas industry.

Ethics, transparency, and accountability in government-documented examples of supreme court justices not following widely accepted ethical standards for judges, and challenged the court to voluntarily adopt the judicial code of conduct, delivering to the chief justice a petition signed by over 10,000 common cause members.-brought suit against the u.s. Senate in a complaint filed in the u.s. District court for the district of columbia challenging the constitutionality of the senate filibuster rule, the continued abuse of which has stalled floor debate on hundreds of bills, left 85 federal judgeships vacant, and blocked the appointment of crucial executive branch agency positions.
