Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The project follows the guidance of asc topic 740, income taxes "accounting for uncertainty in income taxes - an interpretation of fasb statement 109" which clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an entity's financial statements. Management evaluated the project's tax positions and concluded that the project had maintained its exempt status and had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements. Therefore, no provision or liability for income taxes has been included in the financial statements. With few exceptions, the project is no longer subject to income tax examinations by the u.s. Federal, state, or local authorities for years beyond 3 years.
