The 990 Return is dissmeninated eletronically to each Board member upon completion. A request for a motion of approval of 990 filing, a second to the motion and documenation of approval is put into the Board Records.

Questionare is disseminated annually. Dissemination and review is conducted prior to electing a new Board Member. Originals are kept on file of the Board Meeting Records and/or minutes.

Annually the Board of Directors conducts an informal salary study and comparison of like positions. Compensation is then determined based upon review of performance, in addition to budget consideration, other factors such as cost of living percentages, increased/decreased job responsibilities and budget constraints if any. At the inception of the formation of a Board of Directors and an Executive Director of the corporation, the Executive Directors salary was determined by transferring the salary scale from a like position from the County Board of Development Disabilities.
