Compensation is then determined based upon review of performance, in addition to budget consideration, other factors such as cost of living percentages, increased/decreased job responsibilities and budget constraints if any. At the inception of the formation of a Board of Directors and an Executive Director of the corporation, the Executive Directors salary was determined by transferring the salary scale from a like position from the County Board of Development Disabilities.
