Each individual is required to sign the policy indicating that they have received, read and understand the policy. Arrangements that create a conflict will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The organizaton periodically review its conflict of interest policy and the board members' annual disclosures. If any board member has a conflict, she/he cannot vote on the issue.”

The overall compensation study is then provided for review and approval to the compensation committee which consists of the chairman and vice chairman of techsolve's board of directors. This review includes both local and national salary comparisons prepared by independent organizations and documents compensation provided by other organizations for similar job classifications in the local marketplace.”
