The organizaton periodically review its conflict of interest policy and the board members' annual disclosures. If any board member has a conflict, she/he cannot vote on the issue.”

This review includes both local and national salary comparisons prepared by independent organizations and documents compensation provided by other organizations for similar job classifications in the local marketplace.”
