“The greater cincinnati region. It promotes professional development and opportunities for collaborative learning to advance the effectiveness of all members. Gc3 taps the collective power of higher education in greater cincinnati to strengthen every aspect of our regional economy, culture and quality of life and make a lasting difference in every life we touch. Throughout fiscal year 2023-2024, gc3 connected hundreds of higher education professionals in collaborative conversations dedicated to networking, best practice sharing and problem solving to address administrative, managerial and customer service issues lingering from the pandemic. While the covid-19 pandemic continued to limit gc3s ability to host in-person events, it hosted virtual events, primarily focussing on mental health (272 faculty and staff served). It also hosted virtual events related to infusing diversity, equity and inclusion into teaching and pedagogy (97 faculty served). A significant amount of time was dedicated to upgrading gc3s strategic plan to account for covid-19s impact on higher education and ensure gc3 has the widest impact as possible. Part of this process included identifying key performance indicators illustrating higher educations impact on the regions talent pipeline.”
